Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will provide critical support to individuals and families experiencing mental health or substance use crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct crisis assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and community supports to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment methods and best practices to address client needs and promote positive outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
