Life Insurance Agent Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Agent to join our team at The WRS Group - Symmetry Financial. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will play a critical role in helping families in your regional area or chosen territory with their financial planning strategies, including mortgage protection life insurance, whole life, term life, accidental, critical illness, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospects to schedule appointments and present quotes to clients.
  • Prepare quotes with upline and carriers, and assist clients with the application process.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines, and follow applications through to approval.
  • Attend daily/weekly conference calls and meetings with mentors, and learn and implement our proven sales system for maximum profitability.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, currently living and authorized to work in the U.S., and a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have a State Approved Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one.
  • Hard working and self motivated, coachable and willing to listen to and implement advice from mentors.
