Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Program Controls Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program controls frameworks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program controls delivery.
  • Manage and oversee the Change Management process to ensure updates to the baseline are controlled and approved.
  • Establish and maintain a Program Controls system monitoring and reporting Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and Documentation progress against an agreed Baseline.
  • Develop expertise in applicable technical areas or an aspect of program controls for use by clients and peers to position or deliver programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in program controls, project management, and infrastructure delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
