Job Summary

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide therapy interventions to students in a K-12 setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and a Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for each student and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide interventions and therapeutic treatments that align with the student's IEP
  • Educate students, family members, and caregivers about the treatment plan and its application in various environments
  • Collaborate with the administrative team and interdisciplinary therapists to ensure student needs are met
  • Document student progress and treatment plans in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
Requirements
  • Active or pending California OT license
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Caseload: K-12th grade (based on school need)
  • Previous school experience preferred but not required
