Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our AI design systems initiatives.

As the ideal candidate, you will bridge the gap between traditional design systems and innovation with AI capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • You will define the product strategy for embedding AI capabilities within our design system.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a roadmap for how SLDS 2 components will support AI powered experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the design system to better support dynamic, context-aware interfaces.

  • Evaluate design system architecture to ensure it supports emerging AI use cases while maintaining backward compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on design systems, component libraries, or frontend platforms.

  • A strong understanding of design systems principles and their application in enterprise software.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they can enhance user experiences.

  • Experience working with frontend development and component architecture.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce's Lightning Design System or similar enterprise design systems is a significant plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution.

  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners including design, engineering, and AI/ML teams.

  • A BS or MS in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field.

  • Flexible working hours to support collaboration with global design and engineering teams.
