We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, working closely with physicians and other medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities
- Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff members
- Document patient histories and interventions
- Participate in incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $44-$66
