We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Clinical RN Coordinator to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of patient care services in our oncology department.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Current BCLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience preferred.
- Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
