Senior Director Marketing and Communications

AccentCare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Marketing and Communications to enhance and elevate the company's reputation by developing and executing comprehensive external and internal communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive external and internal communications strategies to enhance and elevate the company's reputation.
  • Review, edit, and approve accurate and timely information about the company through various channels, including news media, social media, and employee communications.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with members of the news media and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the department's communications team and collaborate closely with the marketing, digital analytics, and creative teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' public relations and/or communications experience in a PR agency or corporate role with a record of management and supervisorial experience.
  • Experience in healthcare a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing across multiple communications and marketing channels and media.
  • Highly developed skills in communications writing and editing.
  • Highly collaborative style with experience developing and implementing communications strategies successfully.
  • Evidence of high energy leadership style with a track record for leading both strategic and tactical communications efforts.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and entrepreneurially.
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
