As a key member of our Subaru department, you will be responsible for greeting customers, obtaining vehicle data, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively write the general nature of automotive needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and clearly communicate their vehicle's needs.
  • Notify customers of additional repairs or maintenance identified during test drives or walk-arounds.
  • Provide customers with detailed estimates of repairs and anticipated completion times.
  • Verify payment methods and maintain contact with technicians throughout the workday.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction (CSI).
  • Administer warranties and test drive vehicles as necessary.
  • Notify customers when repairs are completed and deliver vehicles while reviewing the work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with Bowser safety policies and procedures.
