Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to take on the responsibility and accountability for implementing the nursing process and delivering exceptional patient care.

The Nurse will consistently adhere to nursing standards and is responsible for managing patient care while supporting others in the delivery of care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employs the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
  • Conducts focused interviews to identify specific needs of patients.
  • Evaluates signs and symptoms that indicate physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Performs additional RN duties as required.

  • Available Positions: Full Time and Part Time.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida (or compact).
