Earn an Estimated $18.50 per Hour

The Hotel Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional guest services. This position involves cleaning rooms to brand standards, shampooing carpets in public areas, and delivering items to guestrooms. The successful candidate will also handle luggage assistance, maintain hotel equipment, and complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean guestrooms as needed
  • Shampoo carpets in public areas according to hotel standards
  • Deliver items to guestrooms, such as express checkout and newspapers
  • Handle luggage assistance efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written
