The Role of Head Baker

As a Head Baker, you set the flow for the day, maintaining the pace of the bakery to uphold top customer service and ensure tasks stay on track. You work closely with our General Manager to ensure high-quality cookies and a remarkable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the bakery
• Lead a team of bakers to ensure high-quality cookies and excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Restaurant leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required
• Must have some night/closing availability
• Food and Allergen Certification required
• We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your role
