Job Summary

We are looking for skilled RNs to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
  • Current California RN License
  • 3 years of recent PICU acute care experience in a facility
  • Current BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and Infection Control certifications
  • Graduate with an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree in Nursing
