We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DMC Receiving Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will provide exceptional patient care and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and report to senior unit management
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
