This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, process improvement, and tackling complex challenges in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can work closely with managers and employees to address HR-related issues and implement HR programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that directly support the company's business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Proactively address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and counsel to managers and employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits deductions, and payroll processing.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement cutting-edge performance management systems, integrating technology for performance tracking, feedback, and development planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of success in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and payroll.
