About the Role:

This is a critical care nursing position that requires a strong background in ICU nursing, with a focus on high acuity patients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of current ICU experience and recent experience with high acuity MS/Tele patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
  • Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
  • Performs and documents physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
  • Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
  • Provides comfort to patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management.
  • Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of current ICU experience - Required
  • Recent experience with high acuity MS/Tele patient - Required
  • Prior travel experience - Preferred
  • BSN - Preferred
Certifications:
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS
  • BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
  • New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements:
  • NH or Compact RN license MUST be in hand at upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements:
  • Every other weekend/Holiday as needed required
On Call Requirements:
  • None
