• Greet and engage with members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout
• Work at the front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries
• Give studio tours and provide information about our services and amenities
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
• Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
• Ensure the studio is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
