  • Process Design and Implementation: Design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process changes and report on process performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a cell manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional travel to other facilities or vendor locations.
  • Standard office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • May require extended hours or flexibility depending on working needs.

CSI Solar - USA offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
