About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Novant Health. As a key member of our vascular service line, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Manage and deliver patient care, prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document patient assessments, care delivery, and patient responses in medical records, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care, preferably in an Operating Room setting.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
