Position Highlights:
- Weekly Compensation

- Starting Salary: $16/hour
- Work Hours: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm M-F, 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
- NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean components prior to quality checks
- Utilize sandblasting techniques to eliminate contaminants before inspection and assembly
- Cut, deburr, and remove wires from motors for the winding section
- Paint tools and machinery as necessary
- Support the winding department with copper buckets
- Oversee facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows and changing light bulbs
- Ensure a tidy workshop by sweeping and eliminating grease and oil residues
- Maintain tools and equipment to meet safety standards
- Properly dispose of waste materials
