Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Nurse on our Rapid Response Team, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Monitoring patient conditions and responding promptly to changes or emergencies
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

To be successful as a Critical Care Nurse on our Rapid Response Team, you must possess:
  • A current RN license in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in critical care
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
