Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Summary:
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, producing high-quality images, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
Set controls of the related equipment, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as necessary
Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable
Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and label accordingly
Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical functions
Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration

Requirements:
Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
Licensure in most states
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
