We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a warm and friendly manner, acknowledging everyone who comes within 5 feet with a smile, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, in accordance with company standards and state service requirements.
  • Work directly with other Team Members to ensure that all guests' needs are fulfilled in a timely manner, and that the bar and menu knowledge is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the bar and work areas are clean and sanitized, and that all food and alcohol are served responsibly.
  • Support other Front of House functions as needed, and positively communicate with other Team Members and Management to keep everyone informed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise dictated by state law).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work with numbers and handle cash.
  • Basic reading and handwriting skills, with the ability to operate the restaurant point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time, bend, reach, squat, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances.

Physical Demands

The Bartender is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands include:

  • Remaining standing for extended periods of time.
  • Bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs. for short distances.
  • Ability to work with varying noise levels.
  • Frequent communication with Managers, Team Members, and Guests.
