Position: Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Job Type: PRN

Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Travel to various locations within a 150-mile radius to deliver care.
  • Administer medications as directed by licensed nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Document care provided and communicate any changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
  • Support residents during meal times, promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Engage in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident participation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • A completed Trained Medication Aide course.
  • Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
