Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that the housekeeping department has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including front office, maintenance, and laundry, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a proven track record of success in supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
