As the demand for expert wound management continues to grow due to factors such as an aging population and rising rates of diabetes and obesity, we are committed to delivering exceptional care through our outpatient clinic partnerships.
Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse - RN - Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of the Wound Care Center. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Implementing effective patient care strategies and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve the Center's objectives and enhance patient healing outcomes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:
- A valid RN (Registered Nurse) license, maintained throughout employment.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN); a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- At least one year of RN experience is required, with two or more years preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity is advantageous.
- Wound care certification is preferred.
