Job Summary

As a Cold Food Specialist at Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality cold food items to our customers. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, and other cold food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
