Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Java developer with experience in developing microservices and cloud-native applications using Java, J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework, JPA, and similar technology stacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unit testing using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and JBehave, and experience with build and deployment tools like Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities with limited oversight.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop elegant and high-performance code.
  • Ensure quality practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
  • Optimize applications for non-functional requirements.
  • Build and deploy components as part of the CI/CD process.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end application delivery, including coordination with required teams for production deployment.
  • Continuously monitor application health and KPIs, support triage of any production issues, and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
  • Be an advocate of security best practices and champion the importance of security within the engineering team.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework, JPA, and similar technology stacks.
  • Experience with unit testing using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and JBehave.
  • Experience with build and deployment tools like Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and nurture good relationships with team members and stakeholders.
