**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist II to join our outpatient specialty clinic, focusing on neurologic and/or lymphedema rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in treating patients with complex neurologic conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease (PD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke (CVA), and spinal cord injury (SCI).

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in alignment with professional standards and departmental policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized, skilled intervention plans tailored to patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Provide specialized care for patients with neurologic diagnoses, leveraging advanced clinical knowledge to address complex conditions.
  • Deliver lymphedema-focused therapy, enhancing outcomes for patients with lymphatic system disorders.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state (or eligibility for licensure).
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on neurologic or lymphedema rehabilitation preferred.
  • Certification in lymphedema therapy strongly preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
