Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive free food and drink while working, a free dozen donuts on your first day of training, and flexible schedule options. We strive to offer competitive benefits to our employees, including weekly paychecks and direct deposit.

Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our guests, maintaining a clean and neat work environment, and handling POS transactions and payments accurately. You will also be responsible for responding positively to coaching and feedback, following brand standards and recipes, and being willing to learn and execute multiple tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate restaurant equipment. You should also be able to count money and make change accurately.
