Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled TMS Support Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team at Burlington Stores.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Support
  • Provide technical support to vendors through the TMS system, answering questions and resolving issues via email or phone.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Onboarding team to coordinate vendor setup in the TMS system.
Compliance Reporting
  • Maintain and update facility contacts in the TMS portal via vendor requests and system-generated lists.
  • Analyze compliance reporting data to determine which vendors require re-training and schedule training meetings.
Training and Development
  • Develop and deliver monthly TMS group training for new vendors via Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide one-on-one training and re-training as needed to vendors.
Document Management
  • Participate in the maintenance of all TMS documents, including user guides, training presentations, training videos, and internal SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and experience in customer service, inbound logistics, or transportation management. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities are also essential.
