We are seeking an accomplished Senior Systems Developer to join our team at USfalcon in Arlington, VA, to take on a pivotal role in supporting one of our esteemed government partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SharePoint development, with a proven track record of translating business processes into automated software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions to support our government partner's mission, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Gather and document application requirements, propose SharePoint solutions, and develop training plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategies for automating business processes, leveraging SharePoint's capabilities to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver high-quality web and business applications using a variety of development software applications, tools, and techniques.
  • Support debugging of customer intranet applications and provide maintenance and operations support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Four years of continuous SharePoint development experience, with a strong focus on senior-level experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating business processes into automated software solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience interfacing with stakeholders and system owners, addressing both steady-state and development with changing priorities.
  • Strong SharePoint experience, with expertise in producing responsive, multi-platform web applications.
  • Required experience with the Platform architecture, development, and administration of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of relational database design and query concepts, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both On-Premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online, as well as SharePoint InfoPath forms.
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of user requirements and development of user stories.
  • Experience maintaining release schedules and assessing future SharePoint infrastructure, with the ability to adapt to changes while maintaining productivity.
  • Minimum of 4 years significant experience in SharePoint Development and Implementations, as well as Business Analysis.
  • Experience with SQL and Dataverse, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree, with 4 years' experience or work experience equivalence.

Clearable (Ability to Obtain)

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
