Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Case Management Supervisor to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our case management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the initial review, triage, and assignment of patients to case managers, ensuring quality and cost-effective care for our patient population.

In this role, you will supervise staff in the department, acting as a resource and role model for staff. You will also serve as a contact person for patients, families, healthcare teams, community resources, and employees, ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of directly related experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred. The candidate must be a licensed RN in New Mexico or have a reciprocal agreement with the state.

Physical demands for this role include light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, with regular walking and standing required.
