Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join its Diagnostic Imaging team in Richland, Washington.

Job Summary

This is a procedure-oriented position where you will conduct cardiac stress tests, History & Physicals (H&Ps), hydrations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and more at a large hospital with a level III trauma center.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cardiac stress tests, History & Physicals (H&Ps), hydrations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Cardiology).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
