Job Description:
Retail Store Associates play a vital role in our organization by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring seamless transactions. As a Retail Store Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, pharmacy staff, and other team members to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers warmly, offering assistance, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Accurately operate a cash register, handling various payment methods while following company policies.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking inventory, and completing tasks as assigned by the store manager.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.

Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and stand for prolonged periods.

Benefits:
CVS Health offers a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
