The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in hiring, training, and developing employees. A strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analyses to inform business decisions.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) matching program.
