We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to enhance our service team at Amys Angels Cleaning Inc. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service through meticulous cleaning of residential spaces. Your responsibilities will include traveling to clients' residences to perform a variety of cleaning tasks.
You should take pride in your work, demonstrating integrity and efficiency while serving our clients. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will strive to exceed customer expectations.
Work Schedule: Minimum of 30 hours per week. Ideal candidates will possess over three years of relevant experience. You should be fully equipped and prepared to start work, with weekend availability being advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided cleaning equipment, including vacuums and cleaning agents, to maintain cleanliness in client homes.
- Thoroughly clean all areas within the home, such as fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
- Perform floor cleaning on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms as needed.
- Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture.
- Move reasonably movable furniture to access areas for cleaning.
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and client locations.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Foster a positive work environment with a friendly demeanor and contribute to team efforts by being punctual and in uniform.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting between job sites.
- Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Able to handle regular exposure to pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
