Job Summary

Censis Technologies is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and websites, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions for new products and existing product enhancements.
  • Lead the creation of interaction and visual artifacts, such as wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes, by reviewing business requirements and implementing designs to help the business achieve its goals.
  • Collaborate and consult with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Developers to understand business goals, advocate for the user, explain design processes and artifacts, implement feedback, and understand the technical feasibility of design.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI-UX design and healthcare technology.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Design and enhance website experiences to ensure a cohesive and engaging user journey across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UI-UX design of software and websites, preferably in the healthcare industry and/or experience with workflow applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Loop 11, Sketch, JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, or similar.
  • Experience in design thinking and using best practices for product, website, and mobile app designs.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for new product designs.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, workflow dynamics, and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
