Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Star Pipe Products. This role will focus on supporting process improvement initiatives, optimizing ERP systems, and providing training and development activities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a related role. A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate on process optimization projects, including ERP system upgrades and documentation of product data sheets.
  • Manage key project logs such as the CSI log, ensuring timely updates and resolution of entries.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the success of implemented process improvements.
