Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of BHTs, with a focus on role modeling and providing constructive feedback.
  • Client Care and Support: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care and support, and that their goals and progress are regularly communicated.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation needs for clients and staff, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members, including regular meetings and updates.
  • Performance Evaluation and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to BHTs, with a focus on growth and development.
  • Confiscation and Inventory Management: Oversee the confiscation and inventory management of client items, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new BHTs, including interviewing and onboarding.
  • Disciplinary Action and Performance Improvement: Participate in the disciplinary action process for BHTs and BHT Supervisors, with a focus on performance improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous clinical experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licensure and Certifications: Valid driver's license required; current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in scheduling and training software.
