Join Our Team as an Evening Counselor I

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Evening Counselor I to join our team at Groups Recover Together. As a key member of our cross-functional care team, you will play a vital role in delivering a holistic clinical model that supports the recovery of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering a sense of community among our members.
  • Manage a caseload and schedule that supports the needs of our office and region, while developing your clinical skills.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
  • Engage in community relations activities, promoting our groups and mission to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • An active IN behavioral health license, including LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or associate level licensure.
  • Compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to quality care and member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week, up to 9pm as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mental health, social work, or substance use disorder treatment experience.
  • Therapy, human services, or social services background.
  • Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) experience.
