We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to join our team at KIK Consumer Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems with equipment and provide innovative solutions to prevent downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including mill, lathe, drill press, grinder, and saws.
- Set up, takedown, and relocate process and packaging equipment as needed.
- Modify packaging and process equipment for new products.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and support to operators on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and changeovers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of mechanical experience in a high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
- Flexibility to work rotational shift work (days, afternoons, nights).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Lockout Procedures.
- Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software's an asset.
- Must pay attention to details with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check.

Salary: $30.00 per hour, plus an annual incentive bonus.
