About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health status to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, shaving, and dressing
  • Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including making beds and transporting residents
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements
  • Must be able to work as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
