About This Role

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals living with mental health diagnoses within our residential facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Engage residents in therapeutic activities, recreational outings, and social events to promote socialization and personal growth.
  • Monitor and document resident progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • One year of previous experience working with individuals living with mental health diagnoses preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
