Nurturing Caregiver Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Nurturing Caregiver at the Davis-Holland Learning Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes healthy growth and development in young children.

About the Role:
  • Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages children to learn and grow through play-based activities.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners, promoting artistic and practical capabilities.
  • Monitor and support children's social skills, self-esteem, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Regularly communicate with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
Requirements and Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of child development principles and early childhood educational methods.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
  • Excellent communication, instructional, and mediation skills.
  • A calm, patient, and reliable demeanor.
  • A balance between creativity and practicality.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm

Estimated Salary:

$52,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
