We seek a Senior Capture Manager with a proven track record of competing for and winning complex deals in support of the Federal Government. The ideal candidate possesses a portfolio of wins, a can-do attitude, curiosity, and a desire to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead all aspects of opportunity capture from qualification through proposal delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to execute account growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute customer call plans to define opportunity and timeline.
  • Engage with industry and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Lead the development of win themes, technical and management solutions, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation strategies.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 7 years of delivering consulting and other professional services to federal and private sector clients.
  • Demonstrable success leading and winning captures in the federal marketspace.
