Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with pool rules.
- Supervise pool activities and monitor the facility for any issues or concerns.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations, and report any violations to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR training and certification a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
