We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cobb Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse RN, you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that patients, families, and significant others receive high-quality, safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others, using effective communication methods, to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards and coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
