Key Responsibilities:- Visit patients to discuss their food preferences and create daily menus that meet their needs
- Promote patient engagement through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain accurate records of patient intakes and communicate with clinical disciplines as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Weekend availability required
- A competitive hourly rate of $20/hour
