Our Client, a reputable healthcare organization in the Naples, FL area, offers a unique opportunity for a full-time Pediatrician to work in an outpatient primary care setting.


The Position:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing acute and chronic conditions. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 20 patients per day. The Pediatrician will also be required to participate in an on-call rotation by phone only.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a current Florida medical license, be bilingual (Spanish speaking), and have at least one year of experience in pediatrics. Additionally, the candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics. We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$240,000+ (depending on experience), bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403B retirement plan and student loan forgiveness through the NHSC.
